From the field into a vacuum-bag 

The idea behind this shop is to let you have a look into our pantry, which we've opened up to all guests. For ourselves I have also always cooked in larger volumes, vacuumed it, and frozen, for later.

Since covid we helped late guests out with food, and this way the idea grew to offer it more permanently. With having lots of food in vacuum-bags, it was easy to help out our guests.

We're soon expecting and extra fridge and freezer, which we are putting downstairs, for you to take things from. We'll be having more pizza's and quiches, as we'll have place to freeze them. Anything vacuumed is very quick defrosted in cold water.

You can off course order before you arrive, and we put it in your fridge, or you can just order everything together what you've used, once the fridge & freezer are there, and pay all at once before you leave, we use the principle of the honesty bar, you pay what you consume, at least we hope so.

The large cooking sessions are mostly with produce from the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) we are members from. So what's on offer is depending on the season, and quite some labour, to get it on a plate, but so worth for the good tasteā€¦
